Key Responsibilities of the Material Master Data Lead:

• Lead governance for material and production planning master data
• Develop and enforce global data standards and policies
• Implement best practices for data integrity and access control
• Oversee integration of SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related tools
• Manage cross-functional projects ensuring timely, quality delivery
• Monitor data metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support data cleansing and accelerate tool implementation
• Educate stakeholders on governance processes and objectives

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in master data management
• 10+ years working with SAP ECC or S4/HANA systems
• Strong knowledge of material and production planning processes
• Proven leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in SAP MDG and Information Steward preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• PMP certification is a plus
