Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security in Makati is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join our global operations hub. You will create, maintain, and ensure the quality of master data across Customer, Supplier, and Project records, enabling reliable reporting and operations.

You will govern master data in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, perform data quality cleansing, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Project teams, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in master data management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, IT, Finance, or related field).
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Dynamics GP experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; fluent in English (B2+).
• Problem-solving, detail orientation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Govern, manage, and maintain master data across ERP and PM systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate creation and modification of master data per SLAs.
• Perform data quality analysis, identify duplicates and cleansing needs.
• Maintain master data process documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Project teams to gather data requirements.
• Support data migration activities and system testing.
• Identify and implement process improvements for data governance.
• Coordinate master data involvement in global and local projects.

Work Location

Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines | Hybrid (2 days remote per week)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our global operations hub in Makati. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s master data assets (including Customer, Supplier, and Project master data). You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and platforms, enabling reliable reporting, analytics, and business operations.

Key Missions

• Govern, manage, and maintain master data within ERP and business application systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Project Management System).
• Ensure timely and accurate creation and modification of master data in line with SLAs.
• Perform data quality analysis, identify anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies, and execute cleansing and enrichment activities.
• Maintain and develop master data process documentation, ensuring relevance and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Project Team, etc.) to gather data requirements and resolve data issues.
• Conduct system testing and validation to troubleshoot and resolve master data–related issues.
• Support project teams in data migration activities.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions for master data governance.
• Coordinate master data involvement in global and local projects.
• Implement new master data processes for projects, enhancements, or business developments.
• Other operational tasks that maybe assigned related to master data process.

Profile & Other Information

• Hands-on experience in master data management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, IT, Finance, or related field).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong Excel skills and good command of MS Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 minimum).
• Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation with strong stakeholder management abilities.
