Job Description

Consulting with clients to understand their medical history and treatment goals, assessing areas of tension, performing customized physical manipulation techniques, and maintaining accurate clinical records while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Client Consultation & Assessment: Review clients' medical histories, discuss symptoms or stress levels, and evaluate the body to pinpoint specific areas of pain, tightness, or injury prior to treatment.

Treatment Planning & Execution: Recommend appropriate massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or reflexology) and apply pressure, kneading, and stretching to manipulate soft tissues and joints.

Client Education: Advise clients on post-session self-care, including customized stretching, strengthening exercises, and posture improvement to prolong the benefits of the massage.

Documentation & Coordination: Maintain detailed, confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and health conditions. When necessary, collaborate with healthcare professionals (e.g., physical therapists or chiropractors) to ensure holistic care.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment, and linens are clean, sanitized, and well-organized between sessions to meet health and safety standards.
