Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and body treatments based on the client's needs and approved protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and body treatments based on the client's needs, preferences, and approved treatment protocols

• Conduct basic client consultations to determine the appropriate massage technique and pressure

• Provide a relaxing, comfortable, and personalized experience to every client

• Explain the treatment process, benefits, precautions, and aftercare instructions when necessary

• Apply appropriate massage techniques while ensuring the client's comfort and safety

• Monitor the client's condition and comfort throughout the treatment and adjust techniques or pressure when necessary

• Maintain proper professional boundaries, client privacy, and confidentiality at all times

About you

• Graduate of a recognized Massage Therapy program or equivalent training

• Relevant massage therapy certification or license, when required by applicable regulations

• At least 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist

• Knowledge and experience in various massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Therapeutic, and other wellness massage modalities

• Strong understanding of proper massage techniques, body mechanics, hygiene, and client safety

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation with a warm, courteous, and professional personality

• Physically capable of performing massage treatments for extended periods

• Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain appropriate client boundaries

• Willingness to undergo company training and follow standardized treatment protocols
