Job summary

220 Taps N' Tiles, Inc. is seeking a skilled mason to perform concrete, block, brick, plastering, and related construction tasks on-site in Metro Manila. You will construct and repair walls, floors, partitions, and pathways while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality of workmanship.

The role requires reading drawings, measuring and mixing materials, applying plaster and finishes, and coordinating with supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry work including concrete, hollow block, brick, plastering, and other related construction and repair works.
• Construct, repair, and maintain walls, floors, partitions, pathways, curbs, and other masonry structures.
• Perform plastering, cement finishing, patching, grouting, and surface preparation as required.
• Conduct repair and restoration of damaged or deteriorated masonry and concrete surfaces.
• Measure, mix, and prepare cement, mortar, concrete, and other construction materials according to required specifications.
• Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, work instructions, and site requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, dimensions, and finishing of masonry works.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for masonry and construction work.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report defects or maintenance concerns.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Follow proper construction practices, safety procedures, company standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.
• Report work progress, materials needed, and any site or structural concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Service Supervisor or Management.
