Job summary

Softouch Property Development Corporation is seeking a skilled mason to perform masonry work on various structures, including brick, stone, tile, and ceramic surfaces. You will read blueprints, mix mortars, lay bricks and stones, and repair chimneys and tile installations.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of masonry experience with additional preference for 1+ years, plus proficiency with power tools and basic hand tools. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year masonry experience
• 1+ years masonry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of power tools (saw, jigsaw)
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to work overtime to deliver project on time

• Plasters ceilings and/or walls.
• Estimates masonry jobs.
• Does carpentry work incidental to masonry work.
• Assigns work to a helper or apprentice.
• Picks up requisitioned tools and materials from vendors.
