Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, experience as a mason preferred, and is physically fit to work in field conditions. A strong ability to read plans and work collaboratively with the crew is essential.

• Report material requirements, work issues, and site concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other related construction tasks as assigned.

About the role

Responsible for performing masonry and related construction works, including laying concrete blocks, brickwork, plastering, and other structural and finishing tasks. Ensures work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Perform masonry works such as concrete hollow block (CHB) laying, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.

• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and concrete according to required specifications.

• Read and follow plans, measurements, and work instructions.

• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
