Job summary

apply is seeking a Full Level Tax (FLT) Specialist to collaborate with Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services, Financial Service Centers, and clients to ensure timely reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax deposit information.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining effective ADP/Client communications and utilizing ADP Full Level Tax tools and standards to ensure client satisfaction and proper use of ADP Tax Filing Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented processing capacity.
• Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services, Financial Service Centers and clients to ensure timely reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax deposit information.
• Maintain effective ADP/Client communications and use of ADP Tax Filing Services.
• Ensure Mid-Quarter Conversion / Mid-Year Conversion processes are completed timely and accurately.
• Manage assigned client relationships with all internal and external business partners to enhance the overall client experience.

FLT Specialists ensure all Mid-Quarter Conversion / Mid-Year Conversion processes are completed timely and accurately, and effectively manage assigned client relationships with all internal and external business partners to enhance the overall client experience.Minimum of 1 year experience in a service oriented processing capacity
