Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, content creation, and branding strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients/franchisees, offering guidance on marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand needs and challenges.
• Generate new clients/franchisees and present the company profile, services, and respond to queries.
• Deliver good customer service to new and existing clients/franchisees.
• Prepare and send proposals to clients/franchisees.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Prepare and submit regular marketing and sales reports.
• Be willing to go out on field or perform legwork for transactions.
