Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content)
• Generate and nurture B2B leads (LinkedIn, email outreach, events)
• Work closely with sales to support pipeline growth
• Track performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and improve campaigns
• Help position the company as a trusted brand in the surveillance, access control and physical security industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 1–4 years experience in marketing (B2B or tech is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email platforms)
• Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership
• Good communication and content writing skills
