Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is hiring a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic Marketing team in Makati. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through multi-platform digital campaigns and engaging content.

Responsibilities include managing content calendars, executing email campaigns, creating marketing materials, coordinating events, webinars, and working with CRM to track leads. We value portfolio submissions and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or content creation (agency or corporate).
• Creative Portfolio submission is required; showcasing samples such as social media posts, design layouts, brochures, short videos/reels, webinars, podcasts or other marketing materials.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and content formats (short videos, reels, carousels, infographics).
• Experience with website CMS and landing page optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Skilled in Canva and other graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut).
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools for short-form content.
• Familiarity with CRM or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative thinking outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives across social media, search, display, and paid ads.
• Develop content calendars and update websites/landing pages for lead generation.
• Draft, design, and monitor email campaigns.
• Create and update brochures, sales kits, and marketing materials.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, webinars, and executive roundtables.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners for promotional activities and event execution.
• Track and upload marketing leads in the CRM and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor campaign metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Work with managers on budgets/expenses and ensure brand consistency across teams.
