The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales for the bakery/pastry business. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, market research, and product launches. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Operations, Product Development, and Management to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals and reflect the company’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, increase foot traffic, and boost sales across all branches.
- Lead product and seasonal campaign planning—including promotions, creative concepts, and marketing materials.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, online ads, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to support new product launches, ensuring effective rollout and customer communication.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Manage the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (stores, packaging, digital assets, promos, customer experience).
- Coordinate with Operations and Area Managers for campaign implementation and monitoring of results.
- Take charge of partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and influencer engagements to boost brand reach.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Track marketing KPIs and performance metrics; prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and creatives (graphic designers, photographers, printers, etc.).
- Oversee events, store openings, anniversary promos, and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, bakery, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management.
- Creative thinker with strong brand understanding and visual communication skills.
- Experience with market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Product Development, and external partners.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and interpret campaign performance.
- Willing to do occasional fieldwork/branch visits for campaign execution and market assessment.
