Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing strategies across both traditional and digital channels to support the growth of the photo studio business. This role plays a key part in driving customer traffic, increasing bookings, and strengthening brand visibility across all studio branches. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background from the retail or service industry, preferably with experience in mall-based operations or lifestyle photography services.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that combine traditional marketing (e.g., print ads, mall activations, flyers, in-studio materials) and digital marketing (e.g., social media, email marketing, website management, online ads)
Plan and manage seasonal promotions and thematic campaigns (e.g., graduation, holidays, birthdays, corporate shoots) across all studio locations
Oversee daily content planning and publishing for digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and studio website
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure consistent implementation of marketing initiatives and brand guidelines
Analyze campaign performance, foot traffic trends, and customer behavior to adjust marketing strategies and improve ROI
Maintain strong relationships with mall marketing teams, schools, and external partners for collaborative promotions
Manage production of marketing materials such as posters, banners, catalogs, and in-studio visuals
Supervise photo-driven promotional shoots to align with brand messaging and seasonal themes
Monitor and manage online advertising spend and campaign optimization (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Lead a small team or work closely with creatives, freelancers, or agencies when needed
Prepare regular marketing reports and budget plans for review by senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with hands‑on experience in both traditional and digital platforms
Background in retail, lifestyle, photography, or mall‑based businesses is highly preferred
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Suite)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, visual branding, and storytelling abilities
Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements
