We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager. This role is critical for translating the brand vision into powerful, consistent, and high-impact marketing strategies and executions. You will be responsible for building brand equity, driving successful product launches, and accelerating growth in the digital and e-commerce space. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with impeccable project management skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG/F&B landscape.
Our client is a pioneering agri-food and beverage company in the Philippines with a rich heritage in coffee, organic farming, and food manufacturing. They are at a pivotal stage of growth as they expand their footprint across retail, food service, and e-commerce channels.
Brand Strategy & Stewardship: Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints—from packaging and in-store presence to digital assets.
Integrated Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital/social media initiatives, to build brand awareness and drive market penetration.
New Product Launch: Own the product launch process from concept to commercialization, collaborating closely with Production and Sales to ensure flawless and timely market entry.
E-commerce & Digital Growth: Spearhead the company's e-commerce strategy, optimizing our online presence, managing digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, Social Media), and driving online sales performance.
Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and market trends, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the FMCG, F&B, or retail industry.
Proven track record in brand building, successful product launches, and managing significant marketing budgets.
Strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
A proactive leader who can bridge strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
Entrepreneurial, agile, and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Able to work effectively on‑site in Cavite or on a hybrid arrangement.
