Job summary

Cosmetigroup International Corporation offers a Marketing Intern (OJT) position in Makati City, onsite at Legaspi Village. The role provides hands-on training across events, campaigns, social media, content creation, and digital marketing with an allowance and a Certificate of Completion.

You will support events, assist product launches, create posts and emails, and help with SEO and content across channels, while learning through practical tasks and collaborative projects.

About the Internship:

• Open to both voluntary and involuntary interns.
• Must be willing to report onsite at Legaspi Village, Makati City.
• Allowance and a Certificate of Completion will be provided.
• Will receive hands‑on training and exposure in events, marketing planning, social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Marketing Intern Requirements and Qualifications

• Support marketing events, campaign planning, and execution.
• Provide major support for events, product launches, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in event planning and the creation of written, video, and visual content for marketing channels.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions, social media management, and content creation.
• Assist with website SEO, online review monitoring, and article creation.
• Assist in monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms.
• Measure, summarize, and report the results of marketing initiatives.
• Develop tools and methods for collecting customer data, such as surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires.
• Collect and analyze data to identify consumer preferences, behaviors, and market trends.
• Research consumer opinions, competitor activities, and marketing strategies, and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and reports based on company needs.
• Monitor and measure consumer satisfaction with products and services.
• Take part in formal and informal training opportunities to develop marketing skills and knowledge.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
