Job summary

Salt is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Analyst & Insights Executive to convert marketing data and market intelligence into clear recommendations. You will support diverse businesses, build dashboards, and present findings to senior stakeholders to influence investment decisions and spend optimization.

You will monitor digital channels, analyze CAC, LTV and ROAS, and develop KPI frameworks and forecasts to guide strategic actions across campaigns and markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing analytics, customer insights, or market research.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, forecasts and ROI analyses.
• Strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor paid media, social, search, CRM, partnerships and events.
• Track leads, CAC, LTV and ROAS; recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze customer journeys and funnels for growth opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate on investment proposals and growth initiatives.
