Job summary

Altus Corp is seeking a Proactive Digital Marketing & Content Executive who will take full ownership of content creation, social media management, performance marketing, and event promotion to build brand authority for Altus Corp and its founder, Manan Vasa.

You will drive the company’s digital presence by converting business insights into marketing assets, scripting and coordinating video shoots, running Meta ads, managing websites, and executing email/SEO strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Core expertise in digital marketing and performance marketing (Meta Ads).
• Experience in email sequencing, web management, and basic SEO.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, scriptwriting, and video marketing.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Media Management: draft monthly content calendars and manage posting across platforms.
• Video Production & Editing: plan, coordinate and shoot video content; edit interviews into bite-sized clips.
• Campaigns & Event Marketing: plan and execute marketing communications for PSO and workshops.
• Performance Marketing: set up and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for high-quality leads.
• Email Marketing: write and sequence email workflows for event invitations and lead nurturing.
• Web & SEO: keep landing pages and blogs updated while optimizing content for SEO.
• Market Research: analyze trends and track channel performance to improve marketing systems.

You will serve as the driving force behind the company’s digital presence by converting business insights into high-quality marketing assets. The position handles everything from scripting and managing video shoots to running Meta ads, managing websites, and executing email/SEO strategies in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• The core duties are grouped into three primary pillars:Content Creation & Media ManagementSocial Media & Scripting: Draft monthly content calendars, write video scripts with strong hooks for Manan Sir, and manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.Video Production & Editing: Plan, coordinate, and shoot video content; edit or oversee the editing of long-form interviews into bite-sized, cross-platform promotional clips.Interview Extraction: Conduct interviews with clients and stakeholders to pull out powerful success stories, case studies, and testimonials.Campaigns & Event MarketingEvent Promotion: Plan and execute complete marketing communications and invitations for the "Productivity Shastra Orientation" (PSO) and other workshops.Performance Marketing: Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and registrations.Email Marketing: Write and sequence email workflows for event invitations, promotions, and ongoing lead nurturing.Digital Optimization & StrategyWeb & SEO: Keep landing pages, blogs, and event info updated while optimizing website content for organic search visibility.Market Research: Analyze competitor trends and track channel performance to continuously improve internal marketing systems.
