We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Specialist who can take ownership of both visual design and marketing initiatives. Your core focus will be creating engaging graphics, campaigns, and content across digital and print, while also supporting broader marketing efforts. If you're hands-on, proactive, and organized, with experience leading or supporting a marketing team, we want to see your work.
Work Setup:
- Office hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM MNL, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional Saturday work may be required.
- Reporting to the office on-site daily is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visuals for web, print, and social that align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Marketing to produce ads, campaigns, and promo materials. Experience with Meta ads and Google ads are a plus.
- Create visual assets for presentations, reports, and internal comms.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus) and Canva to develop graphics, layouts, and videos.
- Support marketing initiatives across digital platforms, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social channels; track performance and adjust strategy as needed.
- Assist with copywriting for ads, social posts, and marketing materials when needed.
- Maintain and organize design files, brand assets, and templates.
- Build mockups/mood boards and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Help lead and guide the marketing team, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and aligned with brand direction.
- Provide creative direction and support junior marketing or design team members when required.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, design production, and campaign ideation.
- Manage and maintain marketing workflows, contact records, and campaign data within HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
- Use CRM insights and automated workflows to support lead nurturing, email marketing, and audience segmentation.
- Build, update, and maintain web pages and landing pages, ensuring they are visually consistent with brand standards and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with the team on basic front-end edits and website updates using HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, marketing, or visual communications.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Premiere/After Effects a bonus) and Canva.
- Experience in social media management, content planning, or running marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, marketing principles, and audience targeting.
- Comfortable with copywriting basics for digital and print marketing.
- Familiarity with NZ real estate platforms (Trade Me, RESO, REINZ, Property Guru) is a plus, not required.
- Strong communication skills and able to explain creative concepts clearly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple marketing and design projects with minimal supervision.
- Takes initiative, works independently, and actively looks for ways to add creative and marketing value.
- Experience leading or supporting a marketing team, even on a small scale.
- AI-driven mindset. Actively uses AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) to improve output quality and work efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM (e.g. Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) and able to build and manage campaigns, track contacts, and interpret basic analytics.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic front-end edits; familiarity with a CMS platform (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) is required.
