Job summary

DALA GLOBAL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Makati to support the Marketing Manager with campaigns, product launches, content, influencer partnerships, and brand activations. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and a college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

You will work on-site in Makati City, 5 days a week, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, impactful marketing initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (beauty/lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive and a team player.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City, 5 days a week.
• Willing to assist during events, shoots, and launches.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Creatives, E-Commerce, Operations, and external partners.
• Assist with content planning, briefs, and social media requirements.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, product seeding, and deliverables.
• Support events, shoots, launches, and other brand activations.
• Maintain marketing trackers, documents, reports, and databases.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables on schedule.
