Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications/journalism, marketing, advertising, or PR)
• Strong research skills and ability to summarize information clearly
• Good writing and grammar skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and audience targeting is a plus
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
• High level of responsibility and commitment

Responsibilities

• Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior
• Gather insights from online sources such as social media, websites, reviews, and articles
• Summarize findings into clear, easy-to-understand notes for the team
• Help create content drafts (social media captions, short articles, newsletters, website copy)
• Assist with proofreading, editing, and improving clarity and tone
• Contribute content ideas and simple outlines based on research
• Help organize content and support the content calendar
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and goals
