The right candidate is a proactive, data-minded marketer who can work independently and bring structure to a content pipeline that currently exists only as ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media content strategy aimed at generating traffic and conversions
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to help with content ideation and creation
• Produce social media posts, reels, and creative assets from existing ideas and concepts
• Handle post-production and publishing across social platforms
• Track content performance and conversion metrics to pin down what's working
• Deliver weekly strategic recommendations on content focus and formats based on data
• Turn a backlog of content ideas into a structured, consistent posting pipeline
• Report on results and adjust strategy to lift engagement and reach

Mandatory Skills
