Instalimb Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks a Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and grow Instalimb's brand presence and storytelling across the Philippines.

This role owns our brand, public relations, content, events, and partnership communications - ensuring a consistent, compelling voice that builds awareness, trust, and patient demand. As the marketing presence in-country, you will supervise one direct report (a Marketing / Communications Associate), guiding their day-to-day work,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–4 years in marketing, brand, or communications; healthcare/NGO experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Strong PM skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Communications Strategy: lead in-country strategy.
• Content, PR & Media: manage content, press, and campaigns.
• Team Supervision: oversee 1 direct report.
• Planning & Performance: set plans and measure outputs.

We are looking for aMarketing & Communications Specialistto lead and grow Instalimb's brand presence and storytelling across the Philippines. This role owns our brand, public relations, content, events, and partnership communications - ensuring a consistent, compelling voice that builds awareness, trust, and patient demand.

As the marketing presence in-country, you will also supervise one direct report (a Marketing / Communications Associate), guiding their day-to-day work, developing their skills, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality output. This is a hands-on role for someone who can set strategy and execute, while building a small, effective team.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles, ideally with some in healthcare, medical devices, NGO, or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to manage brand, and content— from strategy through hands-on execution.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or leading at least one team member or coordinating others' work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a lean team.

Preferred

• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare or patient-facing communications and relevant sensitivities.
• Working knowledge of digital tools (social platforms, basic design tools such as Canva, email marketing, and analytics).
• A network within Philippine healthcare, media, or NGO communities.
