Job summary

Oxford Distributions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist to plan and oversee event execution at our Quezon City site, driving brand awareness and sales.

You will collaborate with our digital and experiential teams to execute campaigns across platforms, track performance, and optimize strategies. Travel for partner meetings and events may be required in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Charismatic & socially competent – love building and maintaining strong relationships internally & externally.
• Must be creative, updated to new trends online.
• Organized & strategic thinker – prioritize and plan realistically for maximum impact.
• Structured & analytical mindset – can track, analyze, and optimize campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and oversee event execution to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with our digital & experiential marketing team to support campaigns.
• Execute marketing campaigns & promotions across digital and experiential platforms.
• Oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques.
• Work with marketing manager and experiential campaign manager to develop customized strategies for various market segments.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights & recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
