You will create and edit brochures, social media content and promotional graphics, while replying to inquiries and tracking engagement. The role includes coordinating events and launches, conducting market research to shape strategies, and preparing management-ready reports.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in marketing support, coordination or admin role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Chinese is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Assisting in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print and social media.
• Creating and editing marketing materials, including brochures, social media content and promotional graphics.
• Managing and updating responding to inquiries and monitoring engagement.
• Supporting the organisation and coordination of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for management review.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure marketing activities are executed effectively and on schedule.
• Maintaining marketing databases, managing email distribution lists and tracking campaign performance metrics.
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to marketing operations and project coordination
