Payreto Services Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to implement marketing initiatives and enhance the company’s brand in the financial services space. You will coordinate campaigns, content, events, and sales materials to drive lead generation and awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years in Marketing (Content Writing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, SEO and/or B2B Marketing).
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, assist, and maintain marketing content including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with content team to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and on-brand across channels.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements using data analytics.
• Manage sales presentations and assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, ads, posters).
• Support planning and execution of digital campaigns including email and social media.
• Assist in website content optimization and user experience improvements.
• Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with design staff to produce marketing collateral and visuals.
• Track sales/marketing metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external Payreto contractors for marketing initiatives.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Marketing Associate you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing initiatives and enhancing our company’s brand to the market. You will coordinate all marketing campaigns and contribute to its overall success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Content Marketing

• Create, assist, and maintain marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and data analytics.
• Manage all Sales related presentations and content. Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements (online / print).

Digital Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.), engaging with the audience, and maintaining a content calendar.
• Assist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and user experience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts

Event Marketing

• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
• Work with the marketing project coordinator to ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.
• Work with the Sales team in finding and scheduling meetings with leads during the event.

Branding and Design

• Collaborate with the graphic design personnel to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing collateral and channels.
• Assist in developing brand awareness campaigns to enhance the company's brand reputation.

Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and presentations.
• Assist in the development of sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry news and emerging trends to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
• Conduct competitor analysis

Additional Duties

• Work with external vendors (Payreto contractors) in making sure that all marketing initiatives are working properly.
• Assist in other ad-hoc topics and projects in business development.
• Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
• Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques.
• Extend work hours when needed.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar field
• 1-3 years experience in Marketing (Content Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation) and/or B2B Marketing, Market Research)
• Content Writing and Marketing, Market Research and Strategy, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation), and/or B2B Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
