Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, and after sales services.
• Assist Marketing Officer in selling the banks products and services.
• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensure accuracy of transaction documents and timely end-of-day processing.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in achieving the bank’s financial targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• - Responsible for providing service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.


• - Assists Marketing Officer in selling the banks products and services


• - Performs start and end of day banking activities


• - Ensures correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities


• - Ensures compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements


• - Assists in achieving bank’s financial targets


• - Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, preferably Business Course


• - Proficiency in computer and business applications


• - Effective oral and written communications skills


• - Effective presentation and negotiation skills


• - Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Del Monte Area
