Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, inquiries and after sales services.
• Assist Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services.
• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensure correctness and completion of transaction documents and end-of-day processing.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in achieving the bank's financial targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
• Assists Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services
• Performs start and end of day banking activities
• Ensures correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities
• Ensures compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements
• Assists in achieving bank’s financial targets
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Business Course
• Proficiency in computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to work on site in Pampanga area.
