Job summary

ENDURA LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the development and implementation of marketing plans for the company's projects. You will help strengthen the brand across media and monitor campaign progress for the Marketing Manager.

You will create corporate communications materials, content for websites and brochures, and assist in planning events such as property launches, open houses, and sales events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for the company and its projects.
• Assist in strengthening the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
• Monitor campaign implementation and provide updates to the Marketing Manager.
• Assist in developing corporate communication materials, company announcements, presentations, and other brand-related content.
• Produce approved content for placement on websites, billboards, brochures and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, property launches, open houses, exhibits, community activities, and sales events.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments, including sales, project, finance, brand designers, vendors & suppliers. Monitor the inventories of all marketing collateral.
