This is a full-time, on-site position in Pasay, open to fresh graduates or students with a bachelor's degree.

Job Description

The successful candidate will process requests for quotations and other business transactions, prioritize necessities, and provide administrative support for marketing-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing requests for quotations and other business transactions and prioritizing necessities.
  • Providing administrative support on marketing-related tasks to optimize marketing activities, including system maintenance on Open Bravo.
  • Assisting in the acquisition, analysis, and utilization of customer lists.
  • Supporting customer communication and logistics for events, trade shows, mailing, and related activities via telephone and email.
  • Supporting the Sales Department by assembling quotations, proposals, and product capability booklets, and compiling account and competitor analysis.
  • Providing operational feedback during meetings and other corporate dealings.
  • Answering correspondence, phone, and email concerning procedures and inquiries concerning the processing of marketing or SOP.
  • Maintaining records and providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Qualifications
