Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Market Data Analyst to join the Data Operations and Licensing Team in Manila. You will manage third-party data, oversee monthly reporting obligations to data vendors and exchanges, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product Development.

You will track your own workload, manage remedial actions, and contribute to departmental projects, leveraging strong Excel skills and attention to detail to ensure timely deliveries in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
• 1–2 years in a specialist role or equivalent.
• 2 years of professional experience in global financial markets and market data distribution.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to grasp new and/or complex concepts and apply them to projects as necessary.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently and problem solve.
• Willingness to work in a global organization with team members in different geographic locations.

• Contributing to departmental projects both independent and group with limited guidance.

The Market Data Analyst role is part of the Data Operations and Licensing Team with responsibility for the management of third-party data, including overseeing FactSet’s monthly reporting obligations to third party and Exchange sources and other operational processes.

Responsible for tracking and managing your own workload to ensure completion on schedule and project manage any remedial action as required. What You'll Do:

• 70% Undertaking FactSet’s monthly reporting and operational workflow; including invoice validation, pricing updates and ensuring documentation is current.
• 10% Coordinate with vendors and internal groups including Sales, Finance, Product Development and Legal to support data vendor administrative processes.

What We Are Looking For:
