• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
• Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
• Assist in emergency breakdowns, responding promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Group members, following instructions and supporting team objectives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations while performing tasks.
• Continuously improve technical skills through training, workshops, and on‑the‑job learning.
