Job summary

Frabelle Corporation seeks a Hydraulic Department Supervisor to lead daily operations of the hydraulic section and report performance to the Division Head. You will create schedules for vessel activities and coordinate with other departments to allocate personnel for shared tasks.

Proven supervisory leadership and extensive marine hydraulic experience are essential, along with the ability to read complex hydraulic schematics and diagrams for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems including vane, piston and gear pumps and hydraulic motors.
• Proven supervisory experience with leadership and team management abilities.
• Extensive background in marine vessel hydraulic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret complex hydraulic schematics and engineering diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Hydraulic Department.
• Report department status and performance regularly to the Division Head.
• Create work schedules and plans for vessel activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with other department heads to assign personnel and handle shared tasks.
• Oversee administrative duties, including monitoring attendance and managing department records.
