Job summary

TSMG in the Philippines is seeking field staff to operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping and data collection equipment, collecting data in assigned zones efficiently and in compliance with guidelines.

You will travel long distances, work in hotel mode when assigned, maintain inventory logs, report incidents professionally, coordinate with the Camp Coordinator, and ensure daily targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping and data collection equipment
• Collect mapping data within assigned zones efficiently and in compliance with project guidelines
• Handle and protect all client-provided vehicles, devices, and equipment
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and basic upkeep
• Research and identify safe local parking locations to ensure vehicle and equipment security
• Securely park, cover, and safeguard the vehicle daily at designated locations
• Report and handle incidents, including traffic accidents and public interactions, in a professional manner
• Coordinate daily activities, assignments, and issue resolution with the Camp Coordinator
• Communicate technical, mechanical, or operational issues promptly
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets in collaboration with project coordinators
