About the Job:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician (Halal Operations) to join our client's production team. You will be responsible for converting raw materials into finished halal products by effectively utilizing manpower, tools, equipment, and systems. Your role includes ensuring that the quality of raw materials and finished goods aligns with halal standards and specifications. You will operate and maintain process equipment to uphold halal production efficiency, perform equipment inspections during operations, and occasionally handle heavy lifting. • Execute the conversion of raw materials into finished halal goods using allocated resources such as manpower, tools, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure that the quality of raw materials and finished halal products meets standard specifications.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimal halal production efficiency and the required quality standards set by the halal certifying body.
• Lift heavy equipment from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of machine operation or production equipment handling experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Experience in halal-certified production processes is an advantage; must be familiar with halal compliance requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting/handling heavy equipment and working in hot and/or cold environments.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules in Canlubang, Laguna.
• Can start immediately if possible.
