JT International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Supervisor to drive continuous improvement across our factory operations.

The role focuses on strengthening process capability, operational efficiency and performance through data analysis and structured problem-solving within the Shebin Elkom - Menofia factory. You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, standardize processes, and coach teams to adopt new standards, with a strong emphasis on Lean tools and PDCA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prioritize and lead process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, quality, cost and service performance.
• Apply Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to eliminate losses, reduce process variation and prevent recurrence of operational issues.
• Analyze production data and KPIs, translate findings into practical action plans and monitor implementation for sustainable results.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams, ensuring clear ownership and timelines.
• Standardize improved processes by updating procedures, visual management tools and ways of working, and support teams in adopting new standards.
• Build continuous improvement capability by coaching employees and promoting a culture of ownership and ongoing performance improvement.
