Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping/janitorial staff in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, chemicals, and safety practices.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills for shift records and audits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and monitor team performance.
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and track work completion.
• Inspect production and common areas for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor supplies, toiletries, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Coach and support housekeeping team members to improve performance.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and special cleaning activities.
• Maintain housekeeping records and reports.
