Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to strengthen factory performance through data analytics, digital solutions, and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in Manufacturing Excellence or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the ManEx Manager & FI Team in executing factory improvement priorities.
• Maintain ManEx performance trackers, action plans, project status, and improvement documentation.
• Support ICMS assessments, audits, pillar reviews and follow‑up of identified actions.
• Assist in preparing performance reviews and ManEx governance materials.
• Collect, validate and analyse operational data including OEE, waste, productivity, downtime, cost, savings and other factory losses.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual performance reports.
• Perform pareto, trends and loss analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of performance data.
• Support FI Engineers and teams with RCA, 5W+1H, Kaizen and problem solving.
• Assist in developing countermeasures and monitoring action closure.
• Track project progress, results and sustainability.
• Support replication of proven improvements across factory areas.
• Support development, testing, deployment and maintenance of factory digital solutions.
• Assist users in adopting digital tools and ensure data quality.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual data collection with digital tools.
• Monitor usage and issues with deployed digital tools.
• Maintain the factory savings and productivity project tracker.
• Collect supporting data for project benefit validation.
• Monitor milestones, action closure and benefits realization.
• Support creation of savings updates with project owners.
• Provide hands-on support to users on ManEx tools and dashboards.
• Conduct basic training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Develop simple work instructions and user guides for deployed solutions.
• Foster data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.
