Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or other related technical/vocational courses.
- NC II certification or relevant technical training is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical components is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime.
- Physically fit, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
- With or without experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment during production.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure products meet established quality and production standards.
- Conduct routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or operational issues.
- Follow safety procedures, GMP, and company policies.
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
