The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy, CPA/CMA certification, and 5+ years of managerial manufacturing experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency. Strong communication and compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA expected.
• 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
• Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
• Knowledgeable in financial analysis and strategy.
• Proficiency with SAP accounting system and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial updates for top management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting data points.
• Improve accounting procedures, systems, and internal compliance per legal standards.
• Forecast costs and revenues to guide budgeting decisions.
• Monitor and report accounting discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee and motivate the accounting team with proactive leadership.
