Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical or related field.
• Related experience in quality, process engineering, product engineering or NPI engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and master the project in charge of progress and improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and track returns.
• Conduct customer visits and line audits.
• Provide requested quality reports, shipping data or other factory information.
• Address customer complaints feedback.
• Coordinate major abnormal tracking for product trial production.
• Handle important matters assigned by superiors.
• Oversee project transfer.

6. Product trial production of major abnormal tracking coordination.
