• Lead a team of junior manicurists, providing guidance, training, and support to improve their skills and maintain high standards of service.
• Oversee daily operations in the nail salon, including scheduling, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting with customer service issues.
• Mentor new or less experienced staff on advanced techniques and industry trends.

Client Consultations:

• Offer detailed consultations with clients to understand their preferences, assess nail conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Tailor services to meet individual client needs, such as special treatments for damaged nails or creating custom nail art designs.

Certification & Licensure:
