BENSON INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE INC. seeks a trustworthy Mandarin Tutor & Yaya to care for our child in a warm, learning-focused home environment. You will practice Mandarin daily, lead language activities, and support daily routines with safety and affection.

We require 1–2 years of nanny/tutor experience, a high school diploma or higher, and clearances (NBI/police) plus valid IDs. Salary is PHP 20,000–40,000 monthly, negotiable by experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, patient, and experienced Mandarin Tutor & Yaya to join our family. The ideal candidate will take great care of our child's daily needs while actively helping them learn, practice, and converse in Mandarin in a fun and natural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare & Supervision: Ensure our child's safety, hygiene, and daily routine (meals, nap time, and play).
• Mandarin Immersion & Tutoring: Speak Mandarin regularly with our child, help with basic language exercises, and introduce Mandarin through storytelling, songs, and games.
• Engaging Activities: Plan age-appropriate, productive, and creative activities that encourage cognitive and language development.
• Light Household Tasks: Assist with child-related chores (e.g., preparing simple meals for the child, tidying up play areas, organizing their clothes).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and listening) with a clear accent; conversational in English or Tagalog.
• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience working as a nanny and tutor
• Personality: Patient, energetic, affectionate, honest, and reliable.
• Background: High school graduate or higher; background in early childhood education or teaching Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Requirements: NBI clearance, police clearance, and valid IDs (medical certificate will be required upon hiring).
