Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst III (Mandarin-speaking) to join our Materials team at our Hong Kong facility. The role involves purchasing materials, scheduling customer orders, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The candidate will work with SAP/MRP systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help achieve performance targets in delivery, inventory, and freight savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management, or supply chain.
• 7–10 years of buyer or supply chain management experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Working knowledge of SAP or MRPlanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials from key suppliers and schedule customer orders in SAP.
• Receive, schedule, and expedite customer orders; set priorities in SAP.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Expedite purchase orders according to MRP requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier schedules, quality specs, and delivery.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted supply and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in escalations to meet delivery and cost targets.
