Qualifications
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
- Open to foreign nationals and can process a working visa.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
- Having related experience is a big plus.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines for shipping operations.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners about logistics concerns.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and Bills of Lading.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics issues with freight forwarders and ports.
