Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a Mandarin Innovation Project Coordinator Senior Associate to lead strategic, complex projects and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.

The role focuses on coordinating Mandarin-English communications, translating documents, tracking milestones, and facilitating meetings. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Mandarin and English, have prior project coordination experience (preferably in innovation, FMCG/CPG, or engineering), and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in project coordination, preferably within innovation, FMCG, CPG, or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or partners.
• Project Documentation & Translation: Translate project documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and English.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication and documenting action items.
• Problem Resolution: Identify, document, and help resolve project delays or risks.
