J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Freight Coordinator to join its logistics team in Bataan. This role focuses on coordinating vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines while communicating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners.

You will verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading), monitor progress, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure on-time delivery.

Competenze

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
Open to foreign nationals and can process a working visa.
Open to fresh graduates;Bachelor's degree in any course.
Having related experience is a big plus.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule.

Mansioni

Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth shipping operations.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding shipping and logistics concerns.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
Monitor shipment progress, resolve logistics issues, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely delivery.
