Your Role And Responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs, including SAP Build Work Zone, SAP IAS, SAP Task Center, role-based access controls, SSO, identity management, and secure digital workplace solutions across SAP and enterprise platforms.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, within budget, and with quality, while collabora‑ting with business stakeholders and technical teams to support administration, integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy development and solution implementation by leveraging SAP expertise to configure and support Work Zone spaces, content management, SAP Fiori applications, authentication services, certificate management, and operational processes, while developing documentation and ensuring a secure, scalable, and user-friendly experience.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands‑on SAP configuration experience in SAP BTP with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Technical & Functional knowledge: Experience with administering SAP Build Work Zone, including spaces, pages, content management, and site administration, configuring and supporting SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAP IAS and enterprise identity providers. Good understanding of HTML, web technologies, and web-based application concepts.
• SAP Process knowledge: Experience with role management and security integration across SAP and non-SAP systems including understanding of identity and access management concepts, authentication, authorization, and identity federation. Hands‑on experience on SAP Task Center administration and task integration, deploying and supporting standard SAP Fiori applications and strong understanding of certificate management, SSL/TLS, trust configuration, and secure communications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integrating SAP BTP services with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, or other enterprise applications including its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Certifications: SAP certification in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Build Work Zone, or SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) is preferred.
• SAP Technical skills: Experience with SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) and enterprise identity management solutions, SAP Launchpad Service, SAP Mobile Start, and SAP Fiori Launchpad administration, knowledge of SAP BTP services such as Destination Service, Connectivity Service, and Cloud Connector, SAP Joule and AI-enabled SAP user experiences, familiarity with SAP Cloud Identity Services, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and related authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: SAP S/4HANA Cloud and hybrid SAP landscapes and experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP digital workplace and portal solutions.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
