Title and Summary Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Deploy Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Deploy. Our Deploy consultants lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to bring value and drive growth.
You will manage a portfolio of projects that support a strategy, a strategic change, or initiative with significant impact on the organization. You will manage complexity and inherent risks across a wide range of business areas, where there are strong interdependencies and shared resources, and you will manage benefits from their initial identification and definition through to the eventual realization and achievement of measurable improvements. In addition to strong program and change management expertise, this role requires essential product and portfolio capability, particularly in cards, payments, or adjacent financial products. You will be responsible not only for delivery excellence, but also for analysing cards/payments portfolio performance, benchmarking outcomes, and translating insights into product, portfolio, and commercial recommendations for clients.
