• Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis for projects.
• Proven ability to identify financial risks and cost overruns and provide mitigation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project financial models, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Track and monitor CAPEX, OPEX, project costs, cash flows, and project milestones.
• Analyze project financial performance and identify budget variances, cost overruns, financial risks, and deviations.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, financial dashboards, management reports, and project performance updates.
• Monitor project cash flows, funding requirements, commitments, and utilization of project budgets.
• Support evaluation and preparation of CAPEX proposals and business cases.
• Establish and monitor financial controls across project activities.
• Ensure appropriate capitalization of project costs in accordance with accounting policies and applicable standards.
• Partner with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Business teams to monitor project financial performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support project decision-making and cost optimization.
• Support project governance through financial reviews, controls, and periodic performance assessments.
• Identify potential financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive adherence to approved budgets, financial policies, processes, and internal controls.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Project Finance, Project Accounting, Financial Planning, and Cost Control.
• Experience in developing financial models, project budgets, forecasts, and cash – flow projections.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, capitalization, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Experience in preparing MIS, dashboards, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem – solving skills with the ability to identify financial risks and cost overruns.
• Excellent cross – functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Candidates with experience in product – based manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Experience handling large – scale CAPEX/project investments will be an added advantage.
