The Project Manager leads the digital services team to ensure the successful execution of digital projects, delivering high‑quality solutions that meet client needs and organizational objectives. This role encompasses overseeing project management, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives for service delivery and process optimization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing best practices, enhancing team performance through strategic guidance, and aligning digital services with business goals. The Project Manager also contributes to strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence, while offering innovative solutions and actionable insights that support client engagement and drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead the digital services team, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, drive process improvements, and align digital services with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the long‑term planning and growth of the digital service line.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that client needs are consistently met.
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Process Optimization and Best Practices:
- Develop, enforce, and refine best practices for project management and service delivery.
- Evaluate and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of digital solutions.
- Resource Allocation and Operational Excellence:
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that the right skills and tools are available for successful project execution.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational excellence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Materials/Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical), Chemistry, Sustainability, Environmental Science or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year) specializing in Engineering – Chemical/Materials/Electrical/Electronic and Sustainability.
- A master’s degree in business administration or organizational leadership or a project management professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- With at least [5+] years of experience in environmental compliance, environmental management, or sustainability, with at least 4+ years in a project management or leadership role.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana or equivalent.
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in resource cost optimization and budget allocation.
- Skilled in building strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration to ensure long‑term partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration and relationship building across teams, departments and various regions.
